Due to this unprecedented time regarding Covid-19, we are no longer able to offer the internet to book some appointments with a GP. All appointments are now telephone triage; the GP will call you back to discuss your concerns and will.do their best to address your concerns or health issues. If, however, the GP feels it necessary, they will ask you to attend the Surgery. You are able request repeat prescriptions for any medications you take regularly and look at your part of your medical record online. You can also still use the telephone or call in to the surgery for any of these services as well.
Being able to see some of your record online might help you to manage your medical conditions. It also means that you can access it from anywhere in the world should you require medical treatment on holiday.
The service is open 24/7/365 and can be accessed from your home PC, Tablet or Mobile phone.
