General Practice Manager

Annie Ghent is the Practice Manager who oversees the general running of the surgery, PCN, GDPR, Policies, and Complaints, Finance, Human Resources and IT plus extras.

Care Navigators

We have four Care Navigators (all have received the required training which enables them to direct your appointment to the appropriate clinician). 

Sue, Marie, Claire & Melanie greet patients, make appointments and deal with all aspects on reception. They also deal with administration scanning all letters etc to patient notes as well as lots of other admin too. They request repeat medication requests received via the prescription boxes as well as on-line then forward to the GP to approve issue.  Always busy, therefore, if not at front desk when you arrive, they can see you on a camera at the back of reception where they do the administration.  Please be patient, they are on their way.

Claire is also training to become a GP Assistant which, once trained, will alleviate some of the time GP's spend on administration.

Practice Administrator

Our Administrator is Jennifer Hunter who also deals with reports, administration, backing up reception during annual leave or illness etc.
