General Practice Manager
Annie Ghent is the Practice Manager who oversees the general running of the surgery, GDPR, Policies, and Complaints, Finance, Human Resources and IT plus extras.
Receptionists
We have five receptionists: Sue, Jane, Jenny, Claire & Melanie who greet patients, make appointments and deal with all aspects on reception. They also deal with administration scanning all letters etc to patient notes.
Practice Administrator
Our Administrator is Jennifer Hunter who also deals with reports etc.
